Maja Stark has made an impressive start of her professional golf career. Only 22 years old, she has now earned the LPGA Tour card after winning the ISPS Handa World Invitational in Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Sunday, 14th August 2022 is a day to remember. Maja Stark, one of Sweden’s most promising golf talents, won the ISPS Handa World Invitational by five strokes with a stunning course record of 63 shots, 10 under par.
Important victory
Not only can Stark add a new record to her resume but also her very first victory on the LPGA Tour. After closing the event, she officially earned a winners category on the LPGA Tour and will now become a rookie for the rest of the year.
