Bringing people together through golf has always been at the heart of what we do, and our event with Max Matthiessen at Kristianstad Golf Club was the perfect example of how a corporate golf day can create lasting connections and meaningful interactions. Golf provides a unique setting where business and sport blend seamlessly- offering a relaxed yet dynamic environment to build relationships beyond the office.
With that in mind, we designed the day to balance competition, networking and fun. It all started the morning with breakfast at Pine Restaurant, giving everyone a chance to connect before heading out on the course. The shotgun start scramble kept the round social and fast-paced, with plenty of opportunities for teams to network and enjoy the game.
To make the round even more engaging, we added exciting on-course activations, including a longest drive challenge and a hole activation featuring our professional golfer, Moa Folke. Players had the opportunity to buy one of her shots for their scramble team, with proceeds going to Hand in Hand, a charity supporting entrepreneurship and economic development. It was a great way to mix competition with a meaningful cause.
After the round, we gathered for lunch and a conference session, where Max Matthiessen shared insights into their business and the financial industry. It was a chance to shift gears, exchange ideas, and take something valuable away from the day beyond just the golf.
Later, Moa hosted a clinic on the range, giving guests a closer look at the skill and precision that go into professional golf. Watching her break down different shots and techniques was a highlight for many.
The day wrapped up with a three-course dinner at Pine Restaurant, giving everyone a chance to unwind and continue conversations in a more informal setting. Events like these highlight why golf remains one of the best settings for professional networking. Unlike traditional business meetings, a round of golf allows for natural conversations and genuine relationship-building over several hours- without the usual workplace distractions.
If your company is looking for a way to engage clients, strengthen partnerships, or create a memorable experience for employees, a corporate golf event is the perfect solution.
